一、工作原理及與應(yīng)用范圍介紹Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
立式槳葉混合機(jī)是用來(lái)將兩種或兩種以上粉末物料混合為均勻混合物的機(jī)械。它依靠?jī)山M快速旋轉(zhuǎn)的漿葉,推動(dòng)物料作如下運(yùn)動(dòng)(見(jiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)圖),1、以N軸為中心的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng);2、主漿葉將物料從下鏟起翻動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng);3、副槳葉將物料作由上向下的渦旋運(yùn)動(dòng)。三種運(yùn)動(dòng)的組合使多種物料實(shí)現(xiàn)均勻混合。
應(yīng)用于制藥、食品、雞精、味精、化工、飼料、涂料、染料、粉末冶金、生物工程等行業(yè)的干物料混合以及混料過(guò)程的潤(rùn)濕與攪合。
The vertical blade mixer is used for uniformly mixing two or more powder materials. Two groups of rapidly rotating blades are used to create following material movements (see the structure diagram): 1. N-shaft centered rotating movement; 2. scooping up and turning over of materials by main blade; 3. Vortex movement of materials from top to bottom by assistant blade. The combination of these three movements realizes the uniform mixing of materials.
It is applied in the pharmacy, food, chicken essence, gourmet powder, chemical, feed, coating, dye, powder metallurgy, and bioengineeringindustries for dry material mixing, as well as wetting and stirring during the mixing.
二、特點(diǎn) Characteristics


如結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)圖所示,本機(jī)由傳動(dòng)部分(1,7)、漿葉裝置(2,4)、簡(jiǎn)體(3)、出料裝置(5)與支座(6)等部件組成。
傳動(dòng)部分由電機(jī)1、減速機(jī)7組成,以合理的轉(zhuǎn)速帶動(dòng)漿葉裝置旋轉(zhuǎn)。
漿葉裝置由主漿葉4和副漿葉2構(gòu)成,主、副漿葉與水平面傾斜,相錯(cuò)一定角度,方向相對(duì)布置。
如圖所示,當(dāng)傳動(dòng)部分帶動(dòng)漿葉裝置沿N方向旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),主、副漿葉帶動(dòng)物料沿筒壁作圓周移動(dòng),同時(shí)主漿葉帶動(dòng)一部分物料沿N1方向向上提升,副漿葉帶動(dòng)一部分物料沿N2方向向下落,主漿葉背面,形成局部物料循環(huán)。由于上述復(fù)合運(yùn)動(dòng)的循環(huán),使物料混合均勻.筒體3,作盛物料用。出料裝置5,用于控制物料流出及放料。支座6起固定定位,支承設(shè)備重量的作用。
As shown in the structure diagram, the equipment is composed of drive parts (1, 7), blades (2, 4), cylinder (3), discharge device (5) and support (6).
The drive parts is composed of motor (1) and speed reducer (7) to drive the blades rotating at reasonable rotating speed.
The blades is composed of main blade (4) and assistant blade (2), which are inclined to the horizontal level with certain angle on the opposite direction.
As shown in the figure, when the drive parts drive the blades rotating along N direction, the materials will move in circles along the cylinder wall drove by the main blade and assistant blade; part of materials will rise along N1 direction under the action of main blade, and part of materials will drop along N2 direction under the action of assistant blade to fill the back of main blade, forming the partial material circulating. Due to the circulating of above repeated movements, the materials are mixed uniformly. The cylinder (3) is used for containing the materials. The discharge device (5) is used for controlling the material flow and discharge. The support (6) is used for fixing and supporting the equipment.
