一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹
Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
本機(jī)系利用對(duì)稱或不對(duì)稱的兩只桶型容器組合成“V"字型，物料在V字型容器運(yùn)行中形成一分一合過(guò)程。在此運(yùn)行過(guò)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)兩股物料充分混合之目的。本機(jī)適用于制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè)可進(jìn)行兩種或兩種以上干粉狀、顆粒狀物料的混和。
The symmetrical or asymmetrical two bucket containers form the “V" shape, and the materials will be separated and combined separately during the operation of V-shaped container, thus to fully mix two materials during this process. This equipment is applicable to pharmacy, chemical and food industries for mixing of two or more dry powder and particle materials.
二、特點(diǎn) Characteristics
1，該機(jī)混和筒結(jié)構(gòu)，混和效率高、。
2，采用不銹鋼材料制作，內(nèi)外壁拋光處理，外形美觀。
3，混合均勻，適用面較寬，并能根據(jù)用戶的要求配套強(qiáng)制攪拌器，以適合較細(xì)的粉粒、塊狀、含有一定水份的物料混合之用。
1. The mixing drum of this equipment is special in structure and high in mixing efficiency without dead angle.
2. It is made from stainless steels, and the internal and external wall are polished to form beautiful appearance.
3. It is uniform in mixing and wide in applicable scope; the forced stirrer may be provided according to customer’s requirements for mixing the fine powder, bulk and water-contained materials.

備注：裝載系數(shù)均為0.3-0.4，該表中的生產(chǎn)能力均按裝載系數(shù)0.4，物料密度0.6，混合時(shí)間6分鐘來(lái)計(jì)算。
Note: The charging coefficient is in the range of 0.3~0.4. The production capacity in the table shall all be calculated according to the charging coefficient of 0.4, the material density of 0.6 and the mixing time of 6 min.
